This Subscription Policy explains the terms and conditions for subscribing to in-store water refill memberships at Kwench The Kangen Store.


1. Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans for in-store water refills:

  • Silver, Gold, and Black Plans

  • Subscribers receive water refills 2–3 times per week at our Santa Clarita store.

  • Plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.


2. Auto-Pay & Billing

  • By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring payments.

  • Payment will be charged weekly or monthly, depending on your plan.

  • You must provide valid payment information and keep it up to date.

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable.


3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.

  • To cancel, you can:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.


4. Changes to Your Subscription

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan by contacting us or visiting the store.

  • Changes will apply starting the next billing period.


5. SMS & Email Notifications

  • By subscribing, you agree to receive text and email notifications regarding your subscription, refill reminders, and promotions.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.


6. Refunds

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable.

  • No partial refunds will be given for unused water or days.

  • Billing errors may be reviewed if reported within 7 days.
